Health Insurance Enrollment Form REQUIRED in October 2026

Non-Medicare Open Enrollment for Plan Year 2027 is October 1-31, 2026. To have coverage in 2027, a Health Insurance Enrollment Form (6200) will be required during this period. Prepare now by requesting your PIN and confirming your Self Service registration. Benefit fairs will be available statewide to provide information and answer questions.
