Health Insurance Enrollment Form REQUIRED in October 2026

Non-Medicare Open Enrollment for Plan Year 2027 continues through October 31, 2026. To have coverage in 2027, you must submit a Health Insurance Enrollment Form (6200) by October 31. The best way to do this is online using Self Service. Find everything you need to enroll on our website, including the 2027 Open Enrollment Booklet and helpful webinars to answer your questions.
