All documents not relating to a specific member’s account, such as Board Meeting minutes, Annual Reports, etc. prior to 2013 have been archived and are available upon submission of an Open Records Request. In addition, alternate formats of these materials may be made available upon request. Persons with hearing and speech impairments can contact KPPA by using the Kentucky Relay Service, a toll-free telecommunication device for the deaf (TDD). For voice to TDD, call 800-648-6057. For TDD to voice, call 800-648-6056. Specific member account information may be obtained by contacting the KPPA offices at 1-800-928-4646 or via email at
firstname.lastname@example.org. Members can also access their retirement accounts online at myretirement.ky.gov.
