Administrative Regulations

The following new and amended administrative regulations have been filed with LRC and are under review. Clicking on the link will take you to a page with highlighted changes to existing regulations, information about the public comment period and process, and a "Regulatory Impact Analysis and Tiering Statement" that includes a summary of the new or amended administrative regulation.
Hybrid Cash Balance Plan Opt-In Election
The
Form 2013 - Hybrid Cash Balance Plan Opt-In Election must be listed on the KPPA's webpage because it is incorporated by reference in a KPPA administrative regulation. However, eligible members interested in making the one-time election to participate in the hybrid cash balance plan should not use this form without first contacting the KPPA at (502) 696-8800 or (toll free) 1-800-928-4646.
