Note: Comments must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on the business day before the meeting. For example, for a Thursday meeting, comments must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday before the meeting; for a Monday meeting, comments must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on the Friday before the meeting.
