Phone Survey

KPPA will be conducting a random phone survey designed to help us improve our services and better support your needs.

What to Expect:

  • Random Selection: Not all callers will be surveyed at the end of their call. Survey participants will be chosen at random.
  • Notification During Call: If selected, you will hear an automated message during your call inviting you to participate.
  • Stay on the Line: Representatives will not be aware of who has been invited to participate in the survey. If you receive an invitation, please remain on the line after your representative disconnects to complete the survey.
Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your insights.

Please do not include any sensitive information, such as your employee's Social Security number, in any email correspondence. If your request requires that you give us confidential information, call our employer hotline 1-888-696-8810.

The Kentucky Public Pensions Authority (KPPA) has implemented the KPPA Secure Email Portal, a secure email solution that protects confidential information exchanged between KPPA and participating agencies.

The portal uses strong encryption to safeguard the confidentiality of email communications and greatly reduces the risk of costly disclosures that could put our members at risk of identity theft and other fraudulent activity.

We strongly encourage all employers to use the KPPA Secure Email Portal when sending confidential information or attachments via electronic mail. Please note that the portal should NOT be used for monthly reporting.

The KPPA Secure Email Portal User Manual outlines clear, step-by-step instructions for accessing and using the portal.
