The Human Resources team is responsible for managing benefit administration, performance, recruiting, retention, training, and payroll of KPPA employees and maintaining compliance with state/federal employee regulations.
Ms.
Casey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Murray State
University. She has been with KPPA for over 27 years and worked in both the
Document Imaging Department and the Accounting Division before moving into the
newly-established HR Division in 2002. She was promoted into the Assistant
Director role in 2018 and then became the Division Director in 2022. She is a
member of the NCPERS HR Roundtable group and the Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM).
